I've been referred to the restart scheme after being on universal credit for six months, and I've got my first face-to-face appointment tomorrow, so I just wanted to ask anyone who's on it/been on it if it's any good in Cambridge at all?

I've seen a lot online about it being fairly terrible with harassing people, applying to jobs and courses on their behalf without consulting them at all, threatening sanctions and all sorts- so I'm really worried about it and wanted to try and get an idea of how it is in Cambridge?
