One of my Hoyas decided to climb my ponytail palm unprompted!

Hi! I've been water propping this Aglaonema for ... at least 6 months now? I've lost track of the total time but it's been a while. I've been waiting for secondary roots to form,because I've always heard that is when they are ready to be transplanted. This plant however has not given me secondary roots lol. Should I keep waiting or transplant her so she can finally get some nutrients?

Hi! If anyone can help me figure out what could be wrong with my ficus shivereana I would appreciate it! Gets bright indirect light ... water about every 8 days but sometimes longer because it's in a corner and I forget at times ... it's been coming out with strange growth ... deformed and blotchy. I don't see any evidence of pests or any bugs themselves.
