By popular demand, here are some more pics of the Dirtbox Overland topper, including with the midgate glass out. As you can see, there are some aspects of the design and implementation that could be better, especially where it meets the cab, and the lack of preinstalled rear view camera or at least a good window.

I have added a bunch of rubber plugs to the various small holes in the bed, and a hollow rubber gasket to the gap between the tailgate and bed. Next up is getting the brake light working and adding sound insulation mat to the interior of the topper and maybe bed sides.

Was using the GM NACS adapter so I could park at the end further away from the other vehicles who were already charging.

Topper installed by Dirtbox Overland this morning. They were absolutely fantastic to deal with and very accommodating of my situation. Midgate to bed enclosed airspace is enabled now!

I highly recommend these guys for being so good to deal with.
