Any way I can fix this?

- Windows is fully updated.

- I just reinstalled windows. I've never had this issue before. Just noticed it on day 2.

- Tried googling as much as possible and literally could not find a similar issue. As all the issues were with people not being able to access tabs.
- I did have Explorer patcher. I fully wiped it and it did not help. I've used it for years and I don't believe it has
- Version 25h2
