I just started using my new monitor and when I tried watching youtube I noticed something odd. There is a stutter when I am in fullscreen or theater mode. When the picture is taking up the majority of the monitor, it is very choppy. It does not stutter if the video is in the default minimized state.

This is very intereesting because I was able to play several different games yesterday with zero stutter. I don't think it is hardware related because I would have expected the stutter during games. (Battlefield, Arc Raiders)

Any way to fix? I don't know what to do. Tried googling the issue but didn't see anyone with similar problems.

EDIT: It seems like it’s only YouTube that stutters. Other streaming services don’t have the same issue.
