After ALIF I developed scoliosis and pelvic asymmetry — can someone help estimate these angles?
Standing lateral X-ray after ALIF L5-S1.
Before surgery:
• L5-S1 was about 8°
• I was highly physically active (stair running, long hiking, swimming)
Current written measurements:
German report:
• Lumbar lordosis total = 60°
• Lumbar lordosis L4-S1 = 40°
Polish report:
• Total lumbar lordosis = 42°
• L4-L5 = 19°
• L5-S1 = 36°
Because the German report gives only combined L4-S1, while the Polish report gives separate segmental values, I am looking for independent estimation on standing lateral X-ray of:
• realistic L5-S1
• realistic L4-L5
I want to understand which values are geometrically consistent with the image.
