I bought my XC60 PE over winter and now that its warmer the metal B&W speaker grilles all rattle to any genre of music all the time. If you push it in or hold it in place, it stops. Its so bad that I drive in silence now as it doesn't matter where the bass or sub setting is set to. Its nearly non existent on cold days.

2 weeks ago I asked the service department to fix this and they kept the vehicle a full day to take off all door panels and add insulation to the mid speaker area but the problem has slowly returned.

Do you guys have any solutions? I've driven many cars with metal speaker covers and never encountered this. I have a 3D printer and was thinking of making something to jam into the surrounding gaps.

Prior to the AAOS 5 update, predictive management actually worked well for me and when it didn't, a simple reboot was all it took. With gas prices near me being over $5 now, I'm entering my route for anything that will exceed my 40 miles of battery range to maximize savings.

I've recently completed a 10 day road trip and only stayed at hotels with EV chargers but my intended savings were thrown off because of this feature not working. I know its not crazy about multi hour trips but the icon would not stay on for my 65 mile drive yesterday causing the car to deplete the remaining 21 miles of battery at 78 mph before I reached my destination not to mention I had my return trip home added as a stop too. (performed a reboot and re-entered my destination multiple times)

The dealership has already reflashed all of my modules (to also solve my wifi issue) and performed a factory reset to where I had to setup everything from scratch.

My plan now is to manually toggle hold when I'm at highway speeds and switch it back to auto when at city speeds. If you owned a recharge model for awhile then you know it makes no sense for the electric motors to run solo at 80 mph like its currently doing unless its downhill.

Aside from constantly sending feedback is there anything else I can do? Deep into the app settings I noticed there are permissions and a few other things I can mess around with.
