Looking for a Vietnamese speaking songwriter to help finish lyrics of a song

Hello, sorry if this is the wrong place to post this. I am a singer (this is actually my anonymous account to hide my true identity), and I am working on an album that focuses on 80s 90s genres specifically city pop and R&B.

One of the songs that I am working on will have a verse or two in Vietnamese. I want this because not only I think it will sound cool but also I want to surprise my family. I unfortunately and one of those who have what I like to call the “curse” in which I am not as good in speaking my family’s tongue (I am born and raised in America but Viet descent).

So I am looking for someone (no experience needed) who is able to write me a verse in Vietnamese as well as maybe a romanized version to help me sing it well.

You can find in my profile on one of my posts on the Vietnamese subreddit a clip of a rough draft (and I mean **rough** because it’s just a test 😬) of what the 1st and 2nd verse sound like (obviously they are in English) or to help give an idea of how the beat and flow are for this song. If you guys are interested, please let me know in the comments. Thank you.

Need help on 3rd (and maybe 4th verse): Rap or Sing?

I'm writing lyrics for this new jack swing song I'm making about love being compared to Saturday morning cartoons and the joy of 90s childhood, and I am stuck as to what I wanna do with the third and maybe fourth verse based on what my producer made for that section. Should I make this section a rap verse or just continue on with the singing?

I attached below a link of a clip that involves me roughly singing the chorus (and I mean it's really rough since this is just a test so sorry), and then goes on with the instrumental section so that you all may hear it and give some honest input. Let me know if you guys need any more sources. Any advice is very helpful, thank you.

Should I change the title for an exclusive beat?

I am trying to make a song and I saw this beat online that I really wanna get an exclusive license from. Usually I make my own title, but I don’t get exclusive license often. I really wanna be able to “claim” this beat, however I am unsure if I wanna do the producer’s justice and right lyrics based on the original name of their track or have myself pick out the name of the song and go from there. Maybe it’s just because I’m kind of in the creative block but then the title imo is just a tiny bit hard to interpret. It’s a city pop beat called “flowers in the dark” by Shineboy Beats.
