I’ve been researching how to buy a business for a while and many listings for hands-off and managed businesses seem suspect. I don’t expect 100% passive income but am interested to know the true cost of a business with a manager that can handle day to day operations with £50-70k EBITDA where I could be in a more strategic position focused on growth.
Does anyone have experience buying this type of business and know the true costs and price multiples?
