I did a order today where I did not have the option to send a picture with time stamp through messages
It was for a baby carriage. The customer had messages disabled. I looked but there was absolutely no way to send the proof of delivery, And my only option was to leave door it didn't ask me to take a picture.
I really really hate that because there's absolutely nothing from stopping them saying and lying saying they didn't get their baby carriage.....
Also of course said "side door."
I feel like I'm wide open.
