This was an ok all in right? 5 card Omaha8

Been learning the game these last few weeks because it seems like its getting more popular than regular Omaha8. $1/$2 PL game

Starting hand was AKK3X with the K3 of spades. I raise preflop in early position and get 2 callers. Flop come K57 with the 57 of spades. I bet, next person to act raises, other person folds. I reraise all in and get scooped by A2 of spades. Should I have just called the flop an reevaluated the turn?

Traffic ticket for "wasting time and resources"?

Ive never heard of such a thing. Coworkers daughter was pulled over for speeding. Cop didnt give her a speeding ticket but she does have to pay a fine for "wasting time and resources" since the cop still had to pull her over. So no license points but still needs to pay a fine. In AZ Ive been pulled over quite a bit never heard of it. Is this a real thing?

Edit - So it is a thing. Coworker got the name a bit wrong

An Arizona traffic ticket for "Wasting a Finite Resource" (A.R.S. § 28-702.01) is a civil traffic violation often issued by police officers as a "lenient" alternative to a standard speeding ticket. It typically signifies that you were speeding—often by less than 10-15 mph—but the officer chose to cite you for wasting fuel rather than for a moving violation
