2 weeks ago I created a ticket for a bad bearing on the spindle (no response other than the initial ticket gen btw). Followed up twice on the same email thread. Today, out of nowhere, I receive 3 sets of replacement blades? I'm just about ready to tap out.

I looked under my deck to see if it needed to be cleaned and noticed the cover that holds the ball bearings for the spindle is detached. It doesn't pop back on. Customer support has been unresponsive and afraid to run this mower.
