I’m thinking of getting a lease at Broadstreet at EastChase. Is this a good place to be at?

Hi I’m 23M and moving to Alabama. I’m starting an engineering job and I won’t lie I’m not the SMARTEST but I made it past (3.0) and I want to take my FE. I took it twice and I improved my second time from the first. It’s been 5-6 months since I’ve been out of school and all I’ve been doing is job hunting and interning. I can handle relearning anything thermo or heat transfer but where would be a good start for everything else

23M moving to Montgomery for engineering job — apartment/social recommendations?
I like to run, chess, I like doing new things and I like gaming I’m just trying to meet at least some people before I go down there.
