DEI is by itself racist and sexist.

DEI (hiring off of race because you need “diversity” in your workplace) is by itself, racist. We should really be hiring off of skill and overall suitability than the color of someone’s skin. A guy who is white and has a lot of technical skill MAY be turned down by someone who is hiring for someone who is black simply because they are black. (NOT SAYING BLACK PEOPLE ARE BAD OR ANYTHING RACIST, IM SAYING THAT DEI IS RACIST)

DEI is racist because it turns hiring based off of skill into hiring based on skin color. The reason DEI is bad is because it helps certain ethnic groups while making others suffer. Like DEI may literally refuse someone because “ew white male christian we don’t want that here”

I literally heard someone say that a trick to being hired is to say that you have autism in your interview and walk into a wall on your way out or something. (He got the job)

You could be a man and not get a job because the DEI program says you shouldn’t, but you could be a woman with the same exact resume and skill and still get the job because you’re a woman

(I am not saying that white people are oppressed in any way, just saying that DEI is literally racism at its finest)

Black people CAN be racist

I see a lot of progressives saying black people cannot be racist and that is completely false. Black people absolutely can be racist. But it also depends on what you define as racist. If you’re saying it’s where someone benefit from being racist because the institution, then black people cannot be racist.

But I define racism as being prejudiced against a certain group simply because of the color of their skin. So by that definition black people can be racist.

A theoretical example of why black people can be racist is if a group of black guys beat up a white guy simply because he is white that is racism. You’re harming another person simply because of the color of their skin.

I am NOT saying that all black people are evil or anything like that in this post. I am half black myself.
