Adding GLP1 if at 15% body fat?
44 male here. been on TRT for a little over 3 years. I’m 6’ & 195 lbs at about 15% body fat and clean quarterly labs. Been hovering in this range now for almost a year and having a difficult time cutting down to 10-12% range due to some bad habits.
I stress eat a few times per week late at night and drink a mocha latte daily (sugarbomb, I know). I’ve kicked every other bad habit over the years, but as silly as these two are, they’re surprisingly difficult to break.
Is this a reasonable use case for GLP1?
If so, would the GLP1 be temporary or an ongoing commitment like the T?
I’m hoping for a temporary “retraining” tool but am new to GLP1s.
