I have my first hyrox solo pro level in 6 months I am a bit overweightn now 93kg with 179cm high. My plan is to lose weight till 85 approx then start a paid program. I come form a crossfit background so I think I can move the weights decently. Any chances on making it in less than 1:30? I did my last 10k run at a 5:25 peace.
