Noisy Drivetrain - chainring worn?

My drivetrain is 11sp Ultegra di2 with a Quarq crank/Dura Ace 9100 chainrings. The chainrings have less than 5k miles on them (chain replaced often), so I find it hard to believe that it is toast, but I can't think of anything else that could be causing the noise. The lowdown:

- I just moved my groupset over to a new frame (R5), but the noise was on the other frame (R5) as well

- Only noisy in the big ring, and on some gears in the back (basically every other gear). Noise is louder on the smaller end of the cassette

- Chain measures as new

- Tried multiple cassettes

- Adjusted the FD/RD/micro trim/jockey wheels/etc. nothing helps (I'm confident in my setup abilities)

- I first noticed it after waxing my chain and figured that that was the culprit. But I have since gone back to Silca Synergetic (thoroughly stripped/clean chain) and the noise is still there

Any other ideas as to the cause of the noise? Given the price of DA chainrings, I don't want to spend the cash on a new one if it is not the issue.

My 2020 R5 has been, hands down, the best bike that I have ever ridden, but age and injuries have caught up to me, and I can no longer handle the slammed stem...so here's to hoping that this one is just as good!

I simply swapped everything over from my previous build (surprised I was able to make the 1st gen Black Inc Barstem work)

- 11sp Ultegra Di2, with Quarq power meter

- Roval Rapide CLX (1st gen)

- Black Inc Barstem

- Conti GP5000

- Dura Ace pedals

- Pro Stealth saddle
