We currently utilize Anthias to display our signage, which we use to display Google Calendar meeting events on the current day. We would like to get away from creating the HTML/CSS of the presentable aspect of the sign, and are looking for a different solution. We have a total of 6 signs.

Some things that we are needing:

*Ability for users to sign in and make changes to signs via a web editor

*Centralized management

*Tech Support from the solution

*Needs to be able to make a Google API connection to Calendar + Would like to customize how the layout of the calendar events are

*Preferably, would like assets and images to be stored in cloud and not on a local server

Some options that I have looked into are Yodeck, Dakboard, and Optisign. I am curious as to how others' experience with Ubiquiti's Display Cast Lite functionality works, if anyone has experience with it. I appreciate any feedback and recommendations that anyone is willing to offer.

I've exhausted my options and frankly have spent way too much time trying to figure this out. I'm hoping that somebody here may have seen this issue or is smarter than me in figuring this out. Yes, I did work with HP support. They were about as useful as expected.

I have multiple of these modeled printers on the network, and about 50% of the time I receive a "Server Failure" on attempting a scan to email job regardless if it's 1 page or 100 pages. The image is below.

This is a list of things I've attempted and tried:

* Verified no conflicting DNS entries on the local server

* Attempted using external DNS servers, 8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4

* Disabled IPv6/Wifi Direct

* Lowering DPI/quality of scan jobs

* Different SMTP servers, Gmail/relay, smtp2go

* Setting App Passwords on the account sending

* Using different ports to send, 25, 587, 2525

* Flashing the printer back to OOBE

* Updating the printer firmware

* Verified traffic is not being blocked on it's way out/in via firewall

* Warranty replacing the device, for the new device to come with the same issue

* Looking for error logs, but this printer doesn't have a way to dump Scan job errors (Genius design)

Crazily enough, I have other printers of the same model on the network that don't exhibit this issue despite a 1:1 configuration setup. The printers that do exhibit this issue will often succeed several scan jobs, and then continue to relay this error and not complete the job. As added information, we have other document scanner printers on the network that are from different manufacturers ( Canon, Brother, Kyocera ) that never exhibit this issue. The thought of throwing the printer in the trash and buying a different manufacturer's device has already come across my mind as a solution, but alas this is not my circus or my monkeys. Any help is appreciated in figuring this out, and maybe I am missing something incredibly simple.

Thank you Hewlett Packard enjoyers.
