Just switched back to Superloop this morning. First thing I always do with a new service is call to disable CG-NAT, only this time I got told their policy has changed and that they can no longer offer a dynamic IP. Anyone else experienced this? They were happy to disable it for my mate 5 months ago…

Seems like every year fewer and fewer providers offer this as an option.

Edit: for context, the agent first did it no questions asked, then called back and said it's no longer possible, and disabled it. Your mileage may vary, spent an hour calling different support staff, and they all seem to disagree on their current policy. I finally found one who would disable it without calling back :)
