Lexus GX460 long term reliability

Hi all, the purpose will be to export this vehicle to Europe from the US. I'm looking into the V8 version which is supposedly the Land Cruiser (EU) model. The years would be 2015-2020? I need some hard core reliability facts on the vehicle since I will need to keep it for 10+ years. Any advice will be welcome.

Inguinal hernia 5 years post op

Hello everyone, I had open surgery for my inguinal hernia exactly five years ago. After the initial healing process which lasted around 2-3 months I got back to weight lifting and general exercising. Note here that I was born with the hernia and I had my surgery at 39. It never bothered me while lifting weights just when I was standing for long periods of time. Anyway, 2 months ago I believe it was because of the ab roller exercises I aggravated the site. It felt like a deep burning sensation on the surgery site focused on either end of the cut. It was very annoying for the first month because it was radiating to my right testicle. I had both an ultrasound and CT scan that showed no hernia recurrence. It mostly feels like the mesh or the wound site got irritated. I now get the typical discomfort or "pulling" after prolonged periods of sitting, when waking up (since the site is less flexible) or when I'm bloated. Even though I feel I'm at 85% ok after the initial irritation 3 months ago I am a little worried that I will never be 100% or close to it. I also want to get back to exercising (that hit me hard emotionally). Has anyone had this aggravation years after the surgery? How did you deal with it?
