Is it worth it to seek a diagnosis if not acute?

I have been getting treated for sleep apnea wjth a CPAP device. The tests show it is "working", but i told the doctor I am not feeling relief. When he asked me about it, I told him I am not fatigued, but I am in general pain every morning when I wake up. He suggested that the pain might have a differenr cause and suggested I get evaluated for an autoimmune condition.

The thing is, outside of the pain, I am not sure I have a complaint that suggest an urgent autoimmune conditon, so I worry about the cost and effort reauired to seek a diagnosis for something that may not require treatment.

Is it worth it to seek a diagnosis if the symptoms are bareable?

Disappointed with the lack of healthcare resources here.

On paper, you'd think Orlando has a good bit of healthcare support. But in practice, I have found it to feel very lacking. It's difficult to navigate, and honestly, the quality of care i have seen is often lacking. There have been more than a few times I even had concerns about something sketchy going on with billing.

Is it just me, or do others see these issues?

At what point did you decide to shave your head? Is there anything you wish you knew first?

Considering shaving my head due to hair thinning and wanted to ask people who went that route how it went.
