Sacramento businesses still using credit card surcharges banned by 2024 State Law
These 3% credit card surcharges were completely banned in California by State law in 2024, no exceptions, yet some places are still doing them and others are even starting this year. Do people not know, not care, carry alot of cash, go elsewhere...what the hell is going on here?
