Hi, I have exhausted all options, raised multiple tickets, spoke on chat countless times and tried calling numbers of the company but no luck.

For 3 weeks I am getting no help whatsoever. No one is reaching out me and letting me know what the issue is or even responding to the ticket which has been raised.

I will have to escalate using other means.
