Wrapping up month three on 1.5- down 23 lbs

For those of you considering staying on a low dose- I highly recommend it! I’ve continued to lose weight (although more slowly now) on the lowest dose and plan to stay on the lowest dose (1.5) until I reach my goal (18 lbs left to lose!!). Here is the BIGGEST change in my behavior, and I want to share it all with you. Don’t eat after 6 pm. Just stop. And don’t eat until 10 am. The pill allows me to fast like this, and it has made all the difference. I try to eat healthier foods during my eating window, but I do have sweets on occasion (like a cookie here or there). I’ve learned this works for me, and I couldn’t have done this without the pill quieting my hunger cues. This way of eating is sustainable for me too. I hope this helps some of you as you decide whether to increase your dose and how to best use the pill to change your eating behaviors.
