I placed an order online and one of the garments came without tags and was a bit wrinkly (possibly worn). I attempted to return that product without success, due to AEO’s policy of not accepting returns without tags. We explained the situation to an associate in the store as well as two online customer support associates and were essentially told it’s not possible for something to not have tags on it. We’re not lying to them and are being honest — there were no tags on it when it arrived and it looked worn. We even kept other items from the same order and have purchased things in the past as well. Anyways, does anyone have any thoughts or recommendations or has anyone else experienced this? Thank you!
