

















Pretty sure I already added a secondary email for security last year. But when I add it again, I get a security code on the second email, I enter it and I go back to the same page again asking to "Add Email".
I ordered a VOTOMS Bloodsucker kit from P Rex Hobby because their site said it was in stock with one left. After two weeks of silence, I emailed them. They told me the order was “ready for shipment” and that I’d get tracking in two days.
I did get a tracking number — but the package never moved. For two more weeks it stayed stuck at “Label Created.” When I emailed again for an update, I didn’t get a real response. Instead, I got an automated cancellation and refund notice claiming the item was “oversold.”
The worst part is that the item is STILL listed on their website as available with “1 left in stock.”
This whole experience felt misleading and unprofessional.
