I'm shopping for spare parts for my Core One L today, after suffering its first blob of death, and I realized that Prusa's parts catalog doesn't work correctly. If one navigates to the "Core One L" section, for example, 52 items are displayed. None of them are silicone socks for the Nextruder, leading the user to believe that Prusa doesn't sell this part ( and Printed Solid doesn't have any in-stock, either, by the way ).

Only after searching for "sock", does a user find the appropriate item in the catalog which __is__ tagged for compatibility with the Core One L, so it obviously should appear in the Core One L section.

I suspect that this bug relates to many parts, since there are a lot more than 52 of them composing the C1L. No print surfaces appear in the "Core One L" section, and only the brass CHT nozzle ( which is again, tagged correctly, but the site doesn't work properly ). If the user clicks on the "Nextruder" button at the top of that section, the catalog displays just 23 parts -- still no socks, and still only the one nozzle. No belts appear anywhere in the C1L section.

Unsurprisingly, someone at Prusa screwed up their web shop, and they also neglected to test same. So, just FYI, if you are trying to give Prusa more of your money, you may have to work a little harder than with most web shops, to find whatever you need.

Is Prusa filing for US tariff reimbursement, and if so, where's the money headed?

FYI, Prusa's parts catalog doesn't work correctly
