My spinning wheel will take up the yarn just fine onto the bobbin, but there is no twisting at all. What am I doing wrong?

I’m using angora wool because it’s all I have to learn on. I tied a bit to start with to some string to get it started, but even when I was doing it straight with some drop-spindled wool I started, it doesn’t twist the yarn at all.
