Guys, I have a doubt that why people who do bachelors from Australia get better jobs then those who do masters?
Technically, masters degree has higher value and people who are post graduated tend to have better knowledge, experience but still why freshers are able to land jobs but post graduates not?
I am saying this based on my personal experience because I have seen lot of people around me where freshers have good jobs, some even with 100k$+ in 2026 when Australian job market is dead.

Hey Guys, what do you think, how would be Australian job market in 2030?
Right now, its unpredictable and IT sector is way too oversaturated.
So, do you think, IT market will become better when the next decade will start? Or it will just keep getting worse with increasing use of AI?
(Edit: people are saying it's getting worse cuz of AI, so what about person who is an AI Systems Engineer by profession, I mean basically he has experience in AI, so can he expect better job opportunities?)
