You have a low light stage and use a weapon mounted light, indoor match, local club, three or four stages, yeah leave the light on for the whole match.

But what if you’re shooting an outdoor regional championship with 12 stages in one day, and there is one low light stage like going through a shed or fabricated hallway. Leave the weapon mounted light on all day or just put it on for that stage and take it off afterwards? Of course you’ll need two holsters, that’s not a problem.

One thing you really notice is how people constantly talk over each other and interrupt each other. Sometimes I tell people that I am hard of hearing and when that happens, all I hear is Charlie Brown’s teacher. Sometimes they actually make an effort to quit interrupting each other. Then I can better identify the speakers when I go back and add their names in the transcript!
