Image sharing for kids apps is not allowed?

Hi,

I developed kids toothbrush timer and one of the functions I have in the app is funny masks, where a kid can make a photo. Initially it was allowed to share these photos but the app was rejected in AppStore for violating the rules that kids' app should have limited access to the outer world and the sharing function opens this door. Also I have coloring pages and had to disable sharing their artworks.... Is it really so strict that I can't use this function? On Android my kids share their photos with masks and colorings daily and they really like it, so I'm so sad that I had to disable it for iOS. Any legal solutions for this case?

I built a kids tooth brushing app as a solo dev with no mobile experience. It's live on both stores.

A few months ago I had zero mobile development experience. I'm a frontend/backend dev (React + .NET), but native mobile was completely foreign to me.

I built Ticko: Kids Toothbrush Timer anyway, mostly using AI tools to fill the gaps I didn't know how to fill.

The premise: a robot astronaut named Ticko crash-lands on Earth. His spaceship runs on a very specific energy source: clean teeth. Kids charge his battery by brushing for 2 minutes. Each brushing session unlocks a new episode of his story.

What's in the app:

Animated cartoon episodes (Ticko's space adventure)
Digital coloring pages as rewards
Progress tracking and streaks
No ads, no subscription

My keywords are: toddler,dental,hygiene,habit,oral,adventure,reward,dentist,streak,coloring,toothbrush,teeth,bedtime

I see competitors' apps on every search that include teeth, tooth, brushing, timer with any combination of words. Mine appears as well on lower positions which is ok as I released it 2 weeks ago, but sometimes if I add words like for or app in the middle then mine disappears from search results but competitors are still there. For example "toothbrushing app" doesn't return my app at all. Is it because I released it just recently and I need to wait yet?

Any advice would be much appreciated.
