Handstand balancing with stability ball

Handstands taught me one thing… balance is not about being perfectly still, it’s about learning to control the chaos. 🔥

Adding the stability ball took everything to another level — focus, core control, patience, and trust in the process.
Not a gymnast. Not naturally gifted. Just showing up consistently and improving one day at a time.

Every second upside down feels like a small victory. 💪

From beginner to Double Under Cross

2022 ➜ 2026

I started skipping with one dream:
To someday land a clean Double Under Cross.

At that time it felt impossible.
Misses. Trips. Frustration. Restart again.

But I kept showing up every morning.
No secret.
No magic.
Just regular practice in the gym.

And one day…
it happened automatically. 🪢🔥 this week 😀

Dream achieved.

From I can’t do this to 10+ Double Under Crosses My Progress Story

When I started jumping rope back in 2022, there were two skills that completely blew my mind and inspired me to pick up a rope in the first place: double unders and double under crosses.

I managed to learn regular double unders after about a year of consistent skipping. But double under crosses?
No matter how hard I tried, I couldn’t land even one. Not a messy one, not a lucky one nothing. I genuinely thought this skill just wasn’t for me. I almost gave up on it entirely.

Fast‑forward to a few days ago… out of nowhere, I hit my first ever double under cross. Then a couple more. And today?
10+ in a row.
The progress feels unreal.

If you’re on your own skipping journey and you’ve got a skill that feels impossible right now, here’s my honest advice:
Stay consistent. Keep showing up.
Some drills don’t come when you want them to — they come when your body is finally ready. One day, the skill you’ve been chasing will just click, and it’ll feel like magic.

Keep going. Your breakthrough is coming.

I always wanted to achieve this skill since I started jumping few years ago. I achieved my first double under couple of years ago but still couldn’t do double under cross.

Next goal is to make them clean

Please share some tips to make it better and also tell me what are the next skill I should aim at after double under and double under crosses which should keep me going everyday.

Thanks
