M 24, I arrive 4 days without taking 7-oh and I have been going through this with red kratom
but the other days had been bearable, but this 4th day has been I have had the side effects as if I kept taking the pill and well I feel very bad and I feel that I am going to relapse, I have been drinking alcohol to calm the cravings, but now I feel worse
