I’m living a nightmare situation with Vinted and I need advice.

I sold a bag for €2090 on Vinted. The buyer opened a dispute by saying that she had received an empty package. It’s wrong. I have concrete evidence: photos of the bag in the package before closing, photos of the package packed, and photo at the relay point with the scan of the package.

Despite my evidence, Vinted decided to refund the buyer and withdrew the €2090 from my balance - without even warning me or sending me a notification. I found out while checking my account.

In addition to that, my account has been suspended

So in summary: I find myself without my bag, without the €2090, and with a banned account. I intend to file a complaint with the police station for fraud against the buyer and refer the matter to the consumer mediator.

Has anyone ever experienced something similar? Do you have any advice on the steps to follow? Has the mediator ever worked for you?

Je vis une situation cauchemardesque avec Vinted et j’ai besoin de conseils.

J’ai vendu un sac à 2090€ sur Vinted. L’acheteuse a ouvert un litige en disant qu’elle avait reçu un colis vide. C’est faux. J’ai des preuves béton : photos du sac dans le colis avant fermeture, photos du colis emballé, et photo au point relais avec le scan du colis.

Malgré mes preuves, Vinted a décidé de rembourser l’acheteuse et m’a retiré les 2090€ de mon solde — sans même me prévenir ni m’envoyer une notification. Je l’ai découvert en vérifiant mon compte.

En plus de ça, mon compte a été suspendu

Donc en résumé : je me retrouve sans mon sac, sans les 2090€, et avec un compte banni. Je compte porter plainte au commissariat pour escroquerie contre l’acheteuse et saisir le médiateur de la consommation.

Est-ce que quelqu’un a déjà vécu quelque chose de similaire ? Avez-vous des conseils sur les démarches à suivre ? Le médiateur a-t-il déjà fonctionné pour vous ?
