Just bought some monterreys in color - hickory. Wanted to get some hot takes from this group on how to achieve a specific coloring. I want to somehow achieve the coloring on the second pic with the dark blue chinos. Anyone have any ideas how to get them like that?
looking for guidance here before I place my order. I normally wear a 40R blazer/suit jacket here in the US. 32 waist, athletic build. buying a G9 for spring/fall so want something that isn't wintery, but can be worn on a cool summer night or into the seasons. i'm torn on the sizing and thinking a G9 in a 42 should do it, but everyone is saying go big. I dont plan to wear this with thick clothing on under it. will a 42 be too slim/tight?
I'm having an internal debate on harringtons. Found the "&Sons" brand and I really like the look of theirs, but the jackets dont seem available - maybe time of year.
I'm a pretty athletically shaped guy - 5'9 175lbs. does anyone have experience with the brands I mentioned above, the quality, and the shape?

Need some opinions here - went and bought a pair of these shoes. The employee there said “we tell people if they don’t have to use a shoe horn to get in them, they’re too big”. Based on this info and some heel slip, they put me in a 9.5.
Day two of wearing them a full day and I’ve gotta say, my feet HURT. For those of you that have a pair of these, how many sizes down below your regular shoe size did you go, how long did they take to stretch, and how much did they stretch? I’m tempted to take them back in and either ask them to go ahead and stretch them out, or return them.
