Looking for suggestions for removing/covering a massive print on denim
This was a misdelivered pair of cheap jeans I got a few years ago; I've started wearing it lately despite them being ridiculously oversized since I realized they're actually very comfy. My only real frustration with them is this massive print on the side? From the second pic, I can see if I do manage to scratch/peel it off, the denim was processed so the letters will leave behind the darkest blue possible. At least, I think that's dye and not residue.
Most likely I'll have to cover it up instead, but I don't want them to feel too stuffy/heavy from added fabric or too stiff from paint, and I worry how well I can adhere larger things to this kind of fabric. Does anyone have suggestions? Examples of stuff they've seen/done?
I was considering trying to find some sort of ribbon to (badly) sew on but it'd need to be doubled or real wide so I'm kind of doubtful.
