Today is day 3 on the pill and no side effects.

Weed is killing me though 😭 I smoke to sleep, a dependency at this point, and that usually comes with the late night snacking.

Anyone taking a good OTC sleep aid that works, or if you smoke like me, how are you managing it to avoid screwing up your results?

I have both an active NYT and Spotify subscription but today’s episodes aren’t showing.

Anyone having the same issue or had this issue and have a fix?
