What's your favourite bodega in the Jalon Valley?
I was reminded recently how unique the Jalon Valley's bodegas are.
While most people think of vineyards and wine tastings, many local bodegas still offer wine straight from the barrel, alongside locally produced olive oil, honey and other regional products.
It's one of those experiences that feels genuinely connected to the area's history and culture rather than being created for tourists.
I'm curious which bodegas locals and regular visitors would recommend. Any hidden gems worth seeking out?
