A few days ago my internet started tweaking and barely working. As far as I can tell it's just going out for like 10 seconds at a time every minute or so, making things like youtube buffer way more than normal, and games and other apps not be able to connect to internet. The Windows troubleshooter hasn't helped, it usually says there's no problem or if I catch it when it's messed up it only suggests a network reset, which I've done like 5 times at this point to no avail. I've also tried a bunch of other stuff like various CMD prompts that flush my dns or reset my IP or whatever (I don't know a ton about ethernet). I've restarted my router multiple times, tried a different cable, changed router ports, uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers multiple times, rolled back the most recent windows updates, etc. I genuinely have no clue what's going on. The lights on my MOBO ethernet port look normal so I don't think it's a port problem but that's kind of the last thing I feel like it could be that I haven't tested (since I have no alternative) but I'm really hoping it's something else.
