I’ve had this thing for awhile now, but I’ve noticed the pings drying out more and more, as well as them going back into succulent mode instead of flowering, should I go with an alternative route? I also don’t keep the water fountain constantly on, I turn it off every other day or so, and I realize the water needs to be changed, but I don’t want them all dieing on me…..

Any ideas of what this is on my plant
