Unable to update my nominee

Hello everyone, I'm unable to update or add nominee to my account. After inputting otp in e sign page, either it shoes unknown error occurred or e sign mismatch. But i have inputted data as it is in the aadhaar without any changes( even the special characters) i have tried more than 15 to 20 times in 4 days but no solution. I have added my mother as my nominee and even tried with my sibling but the errors are same. Please let me know if I doing something wrong.

Note: I have tried using laptop, pc, and phone for updating the data thought it may be some device issue but no. I have not turned on any VPN.

Free upgrade from CMF nothing

2weeks before my CMF buds 2a stopped charging and only left side was working. Tried all troubleshooting but no use. So i took to service centre and they told me that buds 2a is not in stock and unable to source them as for the replacement. So they told me i can opt for buds 2. They helped lots of customer if the products are still in warranty without any hassle.

Country: India

Procedure: They took it and checked for 25mins(physical damages and water damage) and provided the solution(within 30mins).

Requirement: Invoice, buds 2a and box(optional)

After the April update - nearby device scanning disappeared and my Galaxy watch 4 stopped connecting with my phone but the buds 3 pro is working fine. I tried every other workarounds( data and time change, app update, cache reset, watch reset, Google play services update, nearby device scanning in google account) but still nothing helped. I'm not ready to reset my phone because of the secure folder. Need help guys.

Note: while connecting the watch, there is no pop up during the pairing but the phone detects the buds and shows pop up every single time, so I tried to connect manually and the connection stops at 90% or 91% every time.
