From Central Florida and tired of it, been here my whole life. Couple years ago I went to Mt Rainer and fell in love with everything. I really want to move out west. My friend and I are looking at Portland, it has literally everything I want. Big issue is the job market seems to suck. I do videography and media production stuff. Love to here about options of different places to look at.

Anyone here moved from central FL? One of the negatives I keep seeing about Portland is to expect lots of rain. I'm used to long stretches of rain. But whats the average amount of rain you guys get monthly?
