So depressing 😞

Well I got the generic message apparently about the non medical and to see if i am still eligible.. not sure what the problem is yet, I guess i gotta file another appeal. This is such a long depressing journey.. its so draining.. why would someone at the attorney office say lookout for payment in my account and then I'm hit with a denial... I remember someone told me previously to ask the questions to the person I am paying and I made a comment about I did ask the questions and they seemed just as confused so how can I trust it.. here is another situation that makes me question the party hired.. im so lost at this post and just going with the flow now.. Does anyone know the timeframe for ALJ hearing? I guess that's the next step right? Prayers and good vibes for everyone waiting..

Ok so I asked which review phase I was actually in.. considering i was told 2 different things.. my claim specialist as i mentioned before said I was sent to review. A gentleman from my attorneys office said I was in quality review.. these are different so it confused me so I called back to verify which was it actually.. I was then told by the looks of it I can be in either or.. so just wondering if this was just a way of brushing me off or was this a way of just saying they have no idea? Im a very annoying impatient person. I have not called back because I know i am annoying and impatient.. Im trying to keep it together and wait for the letter or whatever in the mail.. I truly hate being confused 😕. So would it too much if I called in a week or so to find out updates? Just asking.

I spoke with my claim rep and was told my claim was sent for review... is this different than quality review? If so j9w long does it take to update the system to show that status?

So I received a call from the woman working on my claim.. she stated that she sent my claim for review. States hopefully it would take only a couple of weeks for a decision.. I am just wondering how long would it take for the website to update to reviewing claim.
