Hello everyone

Ihave suffered from sebbhoreic dermatitis since I was a teenager. I can manage it by scrupulously using only safe products. Nevertheless, I started using Tretinoin to manage skin aging, and I would like to use a cream to support the skin barrier but it seams that every product has fatty acids and oil. Do you have any Safe recommendations?

My routine is simple :
AM :
Only water in the morning
Geek and gorgeous hydratation station
SPF

PM :
Geek and gorgeous cleanser
Geek and gorgeous sérum and hydratation
Tret (tazret gel)
