Struggling to stay motivated for work after long hours

Lately, I’ve been finding it really hard to stay motivated at work. Even when I plan my tasks or set small goals, I feel drained and distracted after just a couple of hours.

It’s starting to affect my productivity and mood, and I feel frustrated with myself for not being able to keep up. I don’t have any major health issues, but this constant fatigue is wearing me down.

Has anyone else gone through this? What strategies or routines helped you regain focus and energy during the workday?

What's a small thing that instantly makes your day better?

I was thinking today about those tiny little things in life that can completely change your mood. You know, those small moments that make you smile without any big reason. Like hearing your favorite song on the radio, getting a random compliment from a stranger, the smell of fresh coffee in the morning, or even just finding a quiet spot to sit and relax.

For me, it’s when I find a comfy place outside and just watch the clouds float by. It sounds simple, but somehow all the stress and worries seem to melt away. Sometimes it’s the little things that make life feel cozy and happy.

I’d love to hear from all of you. what’s a small thing that always brightens your day? It could be funny, weird, relaxing, or even something most people wouldn’t notice. Let’s share some positivity and maybe even discover new little joys in life together
