I want to receive USDT through Tron but exodus says something about activation that bothers me, I don't know what it means, I'm clicking activate but it does nothing. I get this message:

Unable to Activate Account

An error occurred while attempting to activate your new Tron account.

Please try again later or contact us at support@exodus.com.

I now don't feel confident receiving the USDT, will I face a problem? I don't know how to activate it.

I received about 2.18 ltc today, everything was fine, the transaction showed up on coinbase, the network confirmations completed then the transaction suddenly disappeared and the money were not credited to my account. The support is useless, I'm trying for hours to resolve this issue. I want my money back.
