What are the biggest pains that internal HR teams deal with [NA]?

I run a recruitment agency and I have my own issues but they’re different than what I’ve heard from internal teams. From what I can tell HR departments in mid size and enterprise companies seem to be most concerned with attrition. I work with these teams and tbh they’re slow and hard to deal with. When I say slow, I mean it takes them 3-6 months to make any big decision and takes forever to get offers out. Maybe I’m just not aware of what they’re going through. Am I wrong?

Answer: Octane booster / $7 every time you fill up

Stop changing spark plugs and coil packs over and over. It doesn’t work and it’s a friggen PITA

These engines need high test I think but it doesn’t make sense bc high mpg

Please mods let me know if I can ask this here. Genuinely have never done this and I’m getting ghosted.

My goal is to get citations on Wikipedia within 6 months.

We built an internal tool to help us with getting ranked on ChatGPT, Gemini and a few other AI Search platforms. We had a customer come through Gemini and the close was MUCH easier. My co-founder and I had a light bulb go off and then two weeks later we're selling this and our other AI/HR product. It's much easier to build stuff that you also use where you have the problem and you know someone who has the problem.

Also, kinda helps that SEO clicks are down 50% and everyone is trying to figure out how to fix it.
