Mortar completely washed out from previous owner deferred maintenance. Roof just changed, but how to tackle this corner? Having someone come in a few weeks to repair all the brick on the outside of the house, but I’m wondering if the fascia, soffit, and gutter should be delt with here first? I really don’t know what order to go and who to come out first. Please help!

Just had roof done. Masonry guy is coming out to fix all the brick around my house and said he can work on this but it looks like it needs fascia, soffit, or gutter work all at once. So I’m lost how to tack this corner
