Are Universities lowering their standards?

I’ve seen two sides of this argument

  1. That applicants are at an all time high because the job market is so shattered people are going back to school, thus entry is more competitive.
    Or
  2. The University system is money hungry and hurting for cash at the moment. There’s an lack of international students due to the exorbitantly high costs. Subsequently, desperation is lowering standards and creating an easier pathway onto courses.

I’m really curious to know other people’s view on this

Redken Acidic Bonding 2-3 times a week?

I’ve seen a lot of stuff about how the redken acidic bonding shampoo + conditioner isn’t meant for every wash and it gave people a lot of breakage. I only wash my hair 2-3 times a week is my hair going to be negatively affected if I use it everytime / clarify occasionally.
I’ve got fine slightly damaged hair from hair lightening spray and I’m trying to combat damaged atm

Changing course?

I feel like the course I originally applied for and got offered for at Exeter is a bit limiting and I’m leaning towards a different area of study now but I was pressured to put it as my insurance bc of a really early internal school deadline. How flexible/ accepting are they of changing your course after you get there?

I’m not really sure what to do if I don’t get my first choice. I’d like to go to Exeter because it’s a great school but if they’re inflexible about course changes I might go through clearing in the event I don’t get my first choice. If anyone has had experience w this I’d really appreciate some advice!
