Are there any spots for Fan Tuan (sticky rice roll) in SD?
I pride myself in being a good googler and I am DYING to try Fan Tuan (Taiwanese rice roll) in San Diego but when I google it I see zilch. I will literally go to an old woman's house to buy Fan Tuan off of her.
Does anyone know if Fan Tuan even exists in SD????
